Your shipping costs will be calculated with Australia Post and displayed at check out based on weight, size, and destination. Which can vary significantly from order to order.
If your order is over $100, we offer free shipping within Australia.
Although freeze dried foods are very light, they don't respond well to being packed tightly. We take this into account when packaging your order so we minimise the risk of your items arriving crumbled. For this reason, the dimensions of the box your goods are packaged in may increase the costs of shipping.
Unfortunately, once we hand your package over to Australia Post, the time it takes to get to you is out of our hands. If you require your order before a particular deadline, we recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare as delivery dates can never be guaranteed. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
We cannot be responsible for any packages are are damaged in transit. If you would like to pay an additional fee to cover against any damages, please
contact us to arrange a manual order.
Country Freeze do not have a shop front however, we are looking for stockists for our incredible products. If you have a local shop you'd like to see stock our products, please
let us know.
Country Freeze do not currently offer international shipping.
